Retreat groups may book accommodations for full or partial weekends, or during the mid-week depending on availability. Prices vary accordingly and are normally charged per person. We do our best to customize your retreat to your requirements.
Retreats include meals, accommodations, exclusive and complimentary use of one meeting room with access to seasonal recreational facilities. All meals are either plated or served buffet‑style in The Lakeside Dining Room where our Dining Room comfortably holds 178 people. The maximum capacity is 200.
In early Fall and late Spring, we are able to accommodate 175 people with one person per bed (including sofa beds), and 293 people with two people in every double bed. From Thanksgiving weekend through May 1, we can accommodate 80 people with one person to every bed or sofa bed, or 143 people with two people in every double bed.
We do not book retreats during the Summer Conference season (July/August), or in the weeks leading up to and/or following the Christmas Holiday season (December-January).
A deposit of 10% of your anticipated Invoice will be required to secure your booking. This deposit is refundable, less an administrative fee of $100.00, up to 60 days before your scheduled date of arrival. However, the deposit is non‑refundable and non‑transferable in the event of a cancellation within 60 days of your scheduled date of arrival. We ask each Retreat Coordinator for a realistic estimate (within 10: plus or minus 5) of the number of people that you expect will attend the retreat. The signed contract will be expected 2 weeks after you receive it (via email), and final numbers and retreat information (program & set-up) will be required 3 weeks in advance of your arrival in order to make the necessary food and staffing arrangements.
